Every filter runs the same documented line — so you get verified airflow back, not a guess.

Inspect & weigh
The incoming filter is logged, weighed on the soot scale and flow-tested to set a baseline.

Thermal regeneration
A controlled bake in the regeneration oven converts trapped soot to ash.

Aqueous flush
The flush booth drives water and air through every channel to pull the ash out.

Dry
The filter is fully dried before final testing.

Blast & detail
Inlet and outlet faces are finished in the blast cabinet.

Verify & report
Final weight and airflow are measured and documented against the baseline.
